There are two ways to buy markdossier, and each one unlocks a different build. Pick the card that matches how you bought, and you will get the right one.
Your key looks like MD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and arrived by email from Polar right after your purchase. It works in the direct builds below. Download one, then enter your key.
On a Mac, make sure this is the build you are running. The Mac App Store version has no place to enter a key, so a key will look broken there. If you already installed markdossier from the App Store and you hold a key, delete that copy and install the direct build above. Your key works in it.
Nothing to enter. Your purchase is attached to your Apple ID, so the App Store build unlocks itself. Install it on any Mac you sign in to.
Both direct builds include a free trial. No account and no card to start. Buy a license whenever you are ready, and the app you already installed unlocks.
Apple requires apps sold in the Mac App Store to use its own purchase system. That build cannot accept a license key bought anywhere else, so it does not offer a place to put one. The direct builds handle their own licensing, which is why they take a key and why they are the ones to download after buying direct.
The price is the same either way: $29.99, once. What differs is how the app unlocks. If you already know which one you bought, the cards above tell you exactly what to install.
markdossier runs on macOS 14 Sonoma or later, and on Windows. It works entirely on your computer. No account, no cloud, no login.
